The glories of Utpanna Ekadashi, as described in the “Bhavisyottara Puran” in the conversation of Sri Krishna and Arjuna. As Arjuna asked about the details of this ekadashi.
Sri Krishna answered- “O Arjuna at the beginning of autumn, the Ekadashi that occurs during the waning moon in the month of November-December a person should observe the vow of Ekadashi. If a person observes this Ekadashi and hear its glories he can attain a permanent seat in Goloka by the mercy of Lord Krishna. One should observe it by avoiding eating grains, honey, meat, and applying oil to its body etc.
