SRILA BODHAYAN MAHARAJ PRASHAD INSTRUCTION

For all of you who are greedy for service, please follow Srila Bodhayan Goswami Maharaj new diet. Please follow the instructions written below without any exceptions.

List of Food to be avoided:

1-   All sparkling liquids and sweet juices

2-   Tomato, black beauty, regular potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam, cucumber, brinjal

3-   Orange, mango, banana, watermelon, chicku, grapes, melons, pineapple

4-   All milk products, except yogurt for breakfast

5-   Peanuts, dry peas, chickpeas, cashew, pistachio

6-   Any kind of Wheat product like pasta & white rice

7-   White sugar, fructose

8-   Not too much salt

9-   Any fried food like poori, pakoras

10- Chilly red or green

11- Maida(white flour) preparation

12- No coconut, dried or fresh

List of Food that are recommended:

1-   Ginger juice, berry juices, papaya juice, home made lemonade, green juices, apple juice, tangerine juices and herbal tonics for the liver

2-   All vegetables are good except the above mentioned one. Needs a lot of green vegetable, like salad, fresh arugula, fresh basil, sprouts, olives and artichoke is excellent for the liver. (any veggies that helps digestion)

3-   All berries are very good, pomegranate, avocado, papaya, apples, kiwi, mangosteen, jasmine fruit; all fruits should be taken in the morning.

4-   Instead of milk, please serve organic Almond milk, or organic brown Rice milk.

5-   Instead of butter, please use olive oil, grape seed oil, ghee in limited amount, or in salads use flax seed oil.

6-   Almond are the best for him, all other nuts should be taken in small quantities.

7-   Instead of wheat, please use Kamut flour, Quinoa, Spelt or sprouted wheat

8-   The best would be to use Monk Fruit instead of any sugar in his deserts or beet sugar, no other sugar can be use at any time.

9-   Sea Salt, bragg and seaweeds are the best for his health condition.

10-    I would suggest millet as the primary grain for his diet since it’s the lightest grain for the liver and also quinoa, brown rice, buckwheat, barley, red unpolished rice, jowar, ragi.

11-    Mung dhal, Toor dhal, green peas, lentils, lima beans

12-    Spices selections: tumeric, ginger, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, anise, methi, ajwain, saunf, coriander

How to cook His Prasad:

1-   The best is raw food, like salads and raw fruits and nuts.

2-   Steamed with sea salt and some preferred spices.

3-   Lightly stirred veggies with spices.

4-   Fresh juice press in the morning.

5-   Cakes or deserts can be made with monk fruit sugar and sprouted flour.
